My NARS eyeshadows dont stay in place what should i do how should i fix it?

eyeshadows and basically they all turn black when i put them on but they dont stay in the same spot i applied them to they go all over my eye lids how should i fix that????My NARS eyeshadows dont stay in place what should i do how should i fix it?
Apply a primer to your lids beofre you start appying any colour, use a concealer or something like that.


And after you have applied the colour seal it in with loose powder

you need to apply eye shadow primer first-





i like urban decay primer potion its $16 and u apply it on ur eyes before u apply eyeshadow- and it lasts all night lon! even with watery eyes!
