What makeup brand is better? Nars, Clinique, MAC, Hard Candy or Chanel?

Nars has great quality, the shadows are highly pigmented and come in great unique colors, They have the best blushes to date, lip glosses have great color, glitter pencils are fun and easy to use (Nars in in my kit and I use it on all assignments,) There is a shimmer loose powder I use for evenings or skin effects in editorials...hot!


Clinique is good for certain skin types but the makeup products arent so much.


MAC has a wide variety of color choices, great shadows and lipsticks (good price points.) I never recommend anyone wearing the foundations except face and body (for airbrushing).


Hard Candy has some good eyeshadows for every day wear and Chanel is great for every day use too! Chanel has a good skin care line (not for acne type skin) for certain skin types. MAC has the best array of colors, but numerous dermatologists do NOT recommend it for skin because it supposedly clogs up the pores or something. Personally I like Lancome, but you did not name one of those. Personally overuse of MAC is bad for your skin since it is considered stage makeup. Chanel eyeshadows are good but way overpriced and not much of a variety. Clinique has a few items that are good like their new shadows and gel liner!
I think MAC is the best...but Clinique is pretty good, too. So either one would be a good bet!

MAC has some nice lip gloss but their Kohl isn't great, Chanel's Kohl is nice and they have beautiful colors for shadow...
i luv Chanel. i mean i use there blush all the time! well more than that. try Dior cause my mom uses there makeup the most.

like chanel makes the best press powder but clinique makes the best liquid foundation, and hard candy has wonderful eyeshadows...etc...
MAC is my personal favorite. They have such awesome makeup. I love the 6 eyeshadow palletes.. MAC is awesome!!
